This course provides workers with the knowledge and skills to safely perform tasks while working alone and respond effectively in emergency situations. Participants will learn OSHA requirements for lone work, best practices for communication and hazard awareness, and gain knowledge of the DBI-SALA Self-Rescue system, including proper use, deployment, and self-rescue techniques. The training emphasizes practical skills, compliance, and confidence in protecting oneself while working independently.
