Deposit &
Payment Policy

Effective for all services by Lear's Safety Services.

Deposit Requirement

To secure your desired service or training date(s), a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required within 48 hours of estimate approval. Failure to pay the deposit within this period may result in the release of your reserved date(s).

Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by Lear’s Safety Services (LSS). In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date provided notice is given at least 15 business days before the scheduled training or service date. Requests made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your service or training after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

Final Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due 30 days after services are rendered.

Failure to pay on time may result in:

A $35 monthly late fee for every month the balance remains unpaid.

Cancellation of future services.

Forfeiture of the deposit.

Withholding of training records, certificates, or reports until the balance is paid in full.

Application of Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Lear’s Safety Services, LLC, including but not limited to training, consulting, auditing, and safety program development. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
