About the event
Scaffolding Safety Training aims to equip employees with essential information and guidelines related to the erection, disassembly, movement, operation, repair, maintenance, or inspection of scaffolds, in line with OSHA’s Scaffolds Standard for the Construction industry as outlined in 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L.
Scaffolding serves as a temporary structure utilized across various industries for work at elevated heights. While it is a widely used solution for tasks at heights, improper use, design flaws, and other engineering issues can lead to serious injuries and fatalities due to falls, falling objects, electrocution, or scaffold collapses.
Under OSHA regulations, employers are required to ensure that all employees working on scaffolds receive training from a qualified individual.
